ITS Consulting Engineers is a multi-disciplinary building services consultancy comprising of mechanical and electrical engineers dedicated to providing services of professional excellence and emphasizing on environmental responsibility. With a concern for total human environment, our design philosophy is based on the belief that exceptional planning and design respond to a combination of functional, technical and economic building facilities.

Established in 2003, ITSCE achieved planned growth in rendering focused and dedicated services consultancy in specific commercial and institutional projects.

Based out of Mumbai and Goa we have a small and dedicated team of qualified engineers and designers. Our portfolio of work includes the planning and design of large scale commercial developments, townships, hotels and residential complexes. We are committed to an eco-friendly approach to facilities design that is appropriate to the client and the use for which the building is intended.

Ownership & Organization

The firm is a Mumbai based proprietorship with the owner being Mr. Rohit Uchil who is also the principal consultant. Rohit has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 22 years of experience in the field of Building Services Engineering including HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical and other allied Services. He heads the Mumbai office, is an active member of ISHRAE and regularly contributes research and articles in the Society Journal.








Associates

Mr. Noel Caldeira is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in fields as varied as petrochemicals, hotels and Building Services Engineering. He specializes in Piping Engineering, HVAC and Plumbing and heads the design center in Goa. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Engineers, ASHRAE & ISHRAE. Noel also runs Square Green, a firm specializing in green and LEED certified projects in Goa and the rest of India Ms. Babita Nizar is an Electrical Engineer and brings over 25 years of experience in diverse projects both International and Indian in the design and installation Electrical HT, MV and LV systems. Mr. Arun Khanolkar is an Electrical Engineer and has over 40 years experience in electrical HT, MV and LV design and installations having worked with BEST and Tata Power, Mumbai
